DESCRIPTION:Get sponsored and take part in the next New Year’s Day Swim\nThe Saundersfoot New Year’s Day Swim is an inclusive\, community event to support organisations and charities with a emphasis on local communities. \nOn January 1st 2025 we will celebrate our 39th Saundersfoot New Years Day charity swim.\nThe New Year’s Day Swim started in 1984 with 10 swimmers and in 2024\, this grew to over 2\,500 people going in the sea with an estimated crowd of 9000 spectators. \nThe swim has developed into an incredible spectacle and is classed by Pembrokeshire County Council as a major event. It is also the biggest festive dip in the UK and to date has raised over £775k for charities. \nThis event can only happen with the support from event sponsors\, event partners\, volunteers and brave people going for a chilly dip on New Year’s Day. \nTake part and fundraise for your own cause or simply turn up on the day and offer support!

SUMMARY:Swim Coppet
DESCRIPTION:The Swim Coppet 2025 Event\, is a sportive sea swim challenge of differing distances in aid of local charities and groups (no timings will be made available by organisers). The event is open to swimmers with sea swimming experience from the age of 14 years and over. \nThe sea state and weather / tide conditions dictate the difficulty of these events. Use of a tow float\, event swim hat and event wristband\, is compulsory for all swims. \nEvent date: 6th September 2025 \nClosing date for entry 2025: 31st August 2025. \nNo entries will be permitted after this date\, including ‘on the day’ entries. \nCost of entry: \nEarly Bird Tickets are available from the date of launch to\, 30th June 2025. \n\n3K Coppet ‘Long’ Hall Swim £50 per person (+ booking fee)\n1.5K Coppet ‘Short’ Hall Swim £50 per person (+ booking fee)\n1.5K Coppet ‘Junior’ Hall Swim £30 per person (+ booking fee)\n\n  \nAfter 30th June 2025: \n\n3K Coppet ‘Long’ Hall Swim £55 per person (+ booking fee)\n1.5K Coppet ‘Short’ Hall Swim £55 per person (+ booking fee)\n1.5K Coppet ‘Junior’ Hall Swim £35 per person (+ booking fee)\n\nThis includes provision of a swim cap\, finishers medal\, provision of water safety and medical teams.
